Fried Fish Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces of your favorite fish, thawed out to
    room temperature
  • 4 cups of oil
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • 1 sesame Roll
  • Mayonnaise
  • Seasoning to coat fish (I buy mine from local
    food store)
  • 1 egg

Directions:

Heat oil on stove to a light boil.

Mix egg in a bowl.

Dip fish in coating seasoning.
Then dip in egg, then dip back in coating
seasoning.

Let rest for about 5 minutes. Then gently add fish to oil.

Turn after 3 minutes. Let cook for about 6 minutes.

Use a cooking thermometer to ensure fish is cooked to right
temperature on thermometer.

Turn stove off.

Remove pan from heat before removing fish.

Let cool on rack for about 3 minutes.

Then serve on roll with mayonnaise, spinach, tomato and onion.
