Use either store bough puff pastry or make your own. You want to cut it into triangles. The store bought one usually unrolls like that.
Ingredients:
Bananas
Vanilla extract
Puff Pastry
1 Egg
Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Mash up your bananas. Add a dash or more of vanilla. Mix.
Spoon a dollop of the mashed bananas onto each triangle.
Fold the triangle over, seal the sides with a fork.
Brush with egg wash.
Fry in oil until golden brown
