This is a very cool way to make an egg croissant Breakfast sandwich.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
6 croissants
salt
Pepper
Directions:
Mix your eggs up and pour then in a pan. Make sure the eggs cover the entire
bottom of the pan.
Cook for 1 minute, then take your croissant, cut it in a half, and place each half, facing each other, on top of the eggs.
Cook for another minute or 2, then flip the whole thing over.
Top with cheese and cooked bacon, then fold the croissant over like a sandwich.
