Ingredients:
- 1 cup ground beef
- 4 strips of bacon cut into small pieces (I use
scissors to do this, much easier than using a
knife) - 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 thick slice of tomato (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup red cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup cauliflower (cut up)
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped up - 1 hot chile
- 1 tablespoon Basil, Old Bay seasoning, celery
seeds, smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon salt & 1 teaspoon Adobo
Seasoning - 1/4 cup white cooking wine
Directions:
- Cook the ground beef & bacon in the oil. then
add garlic, then add spinach…stir until the
spinach is almost wilted, - then add the rest of the ingredients to pan,
stir on medium heat for about ten minutes.
until the vegetables are done to what you like.
