The way I do this is to either make my own dough or buy
it in the store. If you make your own dough, you have to
let it rise.
Ingredients:
A recipe I use to make my own dough is
• 1 & 1/3 cup warm water
2 teaspoons active, dry yeast
2 teaspoons brown sugar or honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
3 to 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Making the dough takes a little bit of time and you have
to let it sit for about an hour to let it rise once you have
made it. Remember to cover it with some plastic wrap or a
damp dish towel. When it rises punch it down and roll it out.
Directions:
• After that as you can see, it’s very easy to put together. Just roll out the dough, spread the Nutella over it, fold it, cut it into long strips, twist them and then bend them around to make the buns. Cover them with some plastic wrap and refrigerate for about half an hour. Take them out and brush them with some egg wash. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees but keep an eye on them so they don’t burn. When you take them out, brush them with syrup, let rest for a minute then…Eat!
