Stuffed Pasta Shells

If you love to cook, then here is a simple, but fun and easy to make recipe. Of course, one thing to keep in mind, is that the more you practice making this, the better it will get. This is sure to become a favorite. It’s made with shrimp and crab but honestly, you could use any kind of a combination. Here is what you will need.

Ingredients:

jumbo pasta shells

1 tablespoon chopped pepper, green or red

1 tablespoon chopped onion

1/4 cup butter

2 cans (6 ounces each) crabmeat

8 ounces cooked shrimp

1 egg

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

1/4 cup mayonnaise

4 cups milk

2 teaspoons seafood seasoning, like old bay

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Quick & Easy….done in about 30 minutes. Bake at 350F.

Boil pasta, drain..sautee vegetables in some butter, combine with all other ingredients except flour, milk & parmesan cheese..stuff shells with mixture…..in a pan, add flour, milk …heat and stir until thickened..add black pepper.& parmesan cheese..pour over pasta…bake.

 

Needless to say, you’re going to need a few items to pull this off. So you might consider some things like the following below. Also, here’s something to consider. There is a mixture here, where you pour it on top of the crab & shrimp. Now I’ve just used a bowl before, but honestly, if you can use pitcher, it just makes pouring so much easier, and….less messy. One other thing to consider. You’ve gone through all this work to make this dish for your friends or family or maybe just yourself….don’t present it on just a plain while plate or bowl. Dress it up!
