2 & 1/2 cups bread flour

•1 tablespoon yeast

•3/4 teaspoon salt

•2 tablespoons olive oil

•1/4 cup warm water

•1 cup water room temperature

•some sesame and poppy seeds

•1 egg

Combine 1/4 cup warm water with yeast, salt.

•mix

•in a large pot..add flour, and warm water mixture that has yeast and salt.

•mix

•add olive oil

•mix dough with your hands until smooth and it doesnt stick to your fingers..add flour a little bit at a time if it gets too sticky..you will also have to add water a little bit at a time until you get a smooth somewhat wet ball of dough..by this time there should be little raw flour left in the pot.

•cover the pot with plastic wrap, make sure its sealed..then cover with a dish towel.

•let sit for an hour

•after an hour, take the ball of dough out.

•throw a little flour on top of your counter

•put the dough on it…the flour on the counter will help it not stick very much to the counter…as you are going to cut the dough in half…set aside one of the halves.

•useing both hands with the half you are going to work with…roll it out on the counter. Think of the shape of the bread and roll it out to about whay you think is the length of a loaf…it will look a little skinny…but dont worry..it will expand in the oven.

•once u have rolled out the dough…mix up the egg….and brush the egg over the dough making sure to really coat the dough with the egg..

•then take a sharp knife and gently make a diagonal cut across the top of the dough starting frpm one side and going to another…about one inch apart.

•then lightly sprinkle whatever seeds u like across the top of the dough.

•place is a lightly oiled ornon stick baking pan.

•preheat oven to 410 degrees.

•then bake for 20 minutes.

It’s so easy…you ll never buy bread again!
