So easy to make..so delicious. I cooked a 10 pound pork picnic in a crockpot overnight. Drained the liquid out and pulled the pork apart with 2 forks. I filled a pot with water, added salt, pepper and one of my favorite seasonings, abobo and brought to a slow boil. Then I cut up a cup of all the vegetables I had in my fridge, carrots, cabbage, onions, celery and added it to the pot. Then I chopped up a bunch of garlic, added that. Then 2 cups of pulled pork. Let it all boil for about ten minutes and serve…lots of soup left for the week.
